In 2005, the Haban family sought to turn over the family business to a manufacturing firm withthe same wealth of history, commitment to quality and industry expertise. In April of 2005, Haban Saw was acquired by Mound Tool of St. Louis, MO, a company with over 100 years of manufacturing experience.
